2011General Election Update on Sewer Bonds
Presiding Judge Samuel D. McVey of the Fourth District Court
of the State of Utah conducted a second recount of the Santaquin City Election
results this morning. Attorneys from both sides participated in the recount.
The results of the second recount are identical to the results of the first
recount conducted by officials from the Utah County Elections Office. The
judicial recount results were entered by Judge McVey as a statement of fact in
the election contest case filed by Councilman Broadhead against Santaquin City.
